Just got my Adobe Suite for InDesign certification I distinctly remember failing that certification test 3 times in a row. Terrible teacher, terrible test results. |

Out of curiosity, what does that test looks like? Taking a test that's ported directly from the application onto your own computer? Or more like taking a driver's license test by going to the DMV (or in this case, somewhere licensed by Adobe to proctor the test)? |

Or more like taking a driver's license test by going to the DMV (or in this case, somewhere licensed by Adobe to proctor the test)? My version was a 50 question online test. Some of the questions would be multiple choice, some would be word and definition matching, some were little window versions of the actual InDesign program and you'd have to navigate the controls and do what the instructions said. The minimum score to pass was 700. The highest I got was 420 (blaze it). |

For me the whole thing was simulated inside of InDesign with one or two multiple choice questions thrown in. |

We should have new post ranks! We've been saying that for a year and a half now. There just aren't enough colors to supplement new ranks though. Between all the groups and moderator colors, there's nothing left for new ranks unfortunately. |
