don't worry I know that they aren't KFC... they're Subway!!! Kentucky Fried Chicken: 1930 (87 years ago) Pete's Super Submarines/Subway: 1965-68 (51-49 years ago) Dutch version Chicken and waffles: around 1860 (157 years ago) You are confusing capitalist companies with food. Edit: some types of Chicken'waffen are from the 1930s it seems, and I mean no offense to capitalists.

Subway is good tho.
I was just reading about how in multiple countries, they got in trouble when their footlongs weren't a footlong. Often being 28 CM instead of 30, and stored in a box also smaller.
They defended themselves by saying its not meant to be a measurement of length.
But really? You are so close, is it THAT difficult to just add the suggested length?

I was reading about a Russian flamethrower vehicle, and found out it was first shown in public in.....Omsk.
Coincidence? I THINK NOT.

Perhaps they had all the buns/ingredients prepared for a while and would lose a lot of money if they had to scrap those and make new ones.

True... a single glimpse of Cthulhu himself will send you running completely mad and frothing, reduced to a mere shell of minimum sentience, beyond all logic or hope. A single glimpse of the Omskbird simply give you sweatdrops of terror running down your back instead.

Better to swallow the losses than to admit that their breadstuffs aren't quite fresh.
