1. Canada surrenders instantly to 3 star powers. USA doesn't have to bother w/ Toronto. China and Russia have an easy toehold in America
2. Gatling Guns, Mercenaries, and Dragoons put Cavalry and Infantry in the danger zone in North America. Archers are safe to destroy.
