I have Sophia, Dobeln and Kate and I'm wondering the best strategy to win HRE to get better princesses. All of the other threads are for different generals, but I'm trying to find good tier 2 generals in the academy (1500 medals at time of posting).
Any ideas?

To me, your thread is confusing, are you looking for recommendations on generals (of which there is a plethoria on this board, some good, some less so) or are you looking for tactical tips on rushing for HRE with the three that you've got?
BTW, congratulations on successfully rushing for Sophia/Kate with just Dobeln and/or one of the two. That probably wasn't easy.

I think he is asking for both Strategy and Generals for Rushing HRE. His current generals are different to the guide in this forum and that makes him confuse.

Golitsyn is probably the best cav general in tier 2. I bought him and never let me down. Even if you choose not to buy him you need some cavalry like Sulkowski or Ney

rocco, a cavalry general is needed. Golitsyn was mentioned and he's the best for pure power. Sulkowski and Raevsky are also good choices, but between the three of them, Golitsyn is the best. If you are feeling confident and want to get a trainer as well as a good cav, get Sulkowski or Raevsky. The most popular group for rushing in HRE a good cav general, Isabella, and Sophia.

Get Sulkowski, buy Golitsyn only when you unlock all princesses if you can and fill the final slot.
