I finally got to get myself back to the gym in the apartment complex where I live at now. I was thinking about how some nerds got involved with exercise by transitioning from D&D to apply the idea of leveling up a nerd's "RL constitution (HP)" via lifting weights. That nerd becomes enthusiastic about exercise and "leveling up" himself. I thought to myself, why not just go ahead and make a silly RP game in here. What do you guys think? If I do a certain amount of reps (with appropriate resting in-between ofc) for something like a leg-press, then my speed stat gains some experience points and eventually levels up. Lats pulldown reps, a gain of exp in Archery stat! Etc... that kind of thing. We could post our numbers and keep track of our levels just for sheer fun. You don't have to be the number one to "win", there is no blue ribbon waiting for the "winner" because this is merely for fun. Now... if this is totally lame, I can deal with it. I just wanted some extra motivation to exercise, and Pokemon GO is a crap, boring game after only 7 weeks of playing.

I have a record of minus 1 reps so.... *gib Byz a liek to improvemented rep record* Okay, it doesn't work that way, but the thought counts. Anyway, I feel fat, tired, old, lazy, weak by comparison to the me in the past. I'm done with the feeling. I'm hitting the gym even if it kills me to do a 1.25 mile run (which is incredibly pathetic for me in the past). You don't have to join, but it would be nice. Even if you don't play, you can help out with ideas of assigning an exercise to a stat.

Did you actually went up to 65 kg as measured on a scale? Going with the height of 156 cm, the range weight acceptable as healthy on the BMI would be roughly 46 kg to 60 kg. You only need to lose 5 kg.
