Hey guys i want to add some new unit "Only for the player" (AI cant use it) but whenever i try, it's always crash. Its crash only when we watch AI turn. when we skipping it, It was fine not crash.
Here's how i doing that. I'm adding new lines (with the existing lines as based) on Armysettings.Json
For example. I'm copying Tank level 5 lines (it's mean 6 on the game) and i'm changing the ID number to Random number that not exist on the ArmySettings.Json
And after that i'm adding that ID to TechnologySettings.Json
It's work perfectly but i dont know why the game crash.

Hey, @communist, or Wilhelm Ritter von Leeb , or any knowledgeable individual/being, can someone give me a step by step on changing Manstein and Guderain to super tanks (2 examples so that I can understand a bit better)?

Hey, @communist, or Wilhelm Ritter von Leeb , or any knowledgeable individual/being, can someone give me a step by step on changing Manstein and Guderain to super tanks (2 examples so that I can understand a bit better)? First, find the coordinates of the unit you want to change. For Guderian it is 6006, for Manstein 6607. Next to the coordinates there is the unit type number. In this case 0a, for heavy tank. Change it to 0b for ST, and you are done

It is the first post on this page Yeah, I read that, but I'm still confused. How'd you get specific coordinates like that? I counted how many hexes away they were from the nearest city, found the address of the city, then the address of the hex spot and, finally, its coordinates. It might sound a lot, but they take less than a minute once you get used to it.

I ask, can anyone provide a how-to (list format with things you need) to mod wc3 on either android or Windows pc(possibly a laptop)? I mainly want to focus on 1. Making more countries (many as possible) 2. Mutiple Factions (Nato, allies, etc and how to decide who's on what faction) 3. Bigger land areas (Expanding the Balkans for a bigger battlefield) and Islands for smaller countries (Maldives, Iceland) 4. Adding modern generals to the lineup 5. And the most common, making bigger medal and supply rewards 6. Also changing troop size's If anyone can help many thanks in advance *I know I already posted this but I want to make sure it's do-able

How do you know how much hexes to count away? Cologne being the closest is 6707. Since you said Manstein is 6607, you just subtract 100 to get the coordinates of the unit right in back of it?

No, you subtract 102c. Remember, these are hexadecimal numbers. This was entirely coincidential. I will make a more detailed explanation in a while.
