And could you please make another example tutorial on switching/replacing generals (any generals of your choice)? I did it the old-fashioned way. Since there was no city at the same line, I did something else. Firstly, I found the address of Copenhagen. Since it is at the edge of Denmark, the next danish byte, should be the one with the tank. So, once I found the address of Copenhagen, I pressed to search for "0f" (Denmark's code). The result was the tank hex.
I will think of it.

Each unit has a position of where a certain part is placed (gun, turret, chassis). Just need to know which file contains the positions. If not, I'll just improvise.

Hi, I am Reveonir. I am new to the page, currently trying to MOD for Korean War and the American Civil War and I wanted some guidance from my senior modders. I have decompiled the unlocked APK and am just playing around to get the hang of MODing. In that process, I had some questions on which files I can touch to modify which features. If anyone has knowledge in these I would really appreciate the help.
If the files I am looking for are in assets in forms of XML, then it is great; I will eventually figure these out. If the files I need to look for are elsewhere that's what I really want to know.
1. What file contains the effect of skills and items? For instance if I want to change the effect of skill code 31 (Assult Art) to +1 for every kind of units what file should I look at?
2. What file contains the relationship between forces? For instance if I want to put France Spain in Europe 1815 to be neutral towards each other, what files can I edit?
3. What file contains the refresh factor for Commanders list in Academy? I tried refreshing the list to make sure all the names and stats are correct, but the problem is that since the refresh factor is limited I have to reinstall the game each time I want to roll the commanders list for more than 3 times.
4. What file contains the upgrade, ranks, and royalranks for the commanders? If I want to change the upgrade price to 300 medals instead of 3600,what files can I edit?
5. What file contains the initial medal values when I install the game? For instance, if at install I want to force the initial medal value to 0 instead of 350 so the player has to beat my custom campaigns with only given commanders but can buy any items on the market, what value can I edit from what file to achieve this?
Any helps or point to a direction is very much appreciated. Thank you, and I hope I can contribute to this community.

Can i mod the sprites of units an flags with PC apps like Gimp or Paint.
Because i'm pretty good with the modificaton if i use a PC and Gimp
(I tried on phone and it's the hell on earth for me)
