I suppose people can voluntarily participate themselves, but it's not like Nevada had a ton of people living in it lol. But again, this is alternative history. |

It raised 1,200 men, compare to Florida raising 15,000, which itself was considered a small number. Like Florida, it contributed in other ways, such as raising 400 MILLION dollars for the war effort due to its mining industry. Which brings us to my other point. While many territories are maybe not suitable for players to choose, they WERE part of the Union. It wouldn't make sense to play as California unless the CSA has already taken the east, but it still existed. (of course, if the east is gone so should be the war)

Indeed, fighting in Territories such as New Mexico were notable parts of the Civil war. |

3 columns of 10,000 men each march into West Virginia. Rolling if we encounter any resistance at all. Under an eight means the Confederates try to stop us.
