I had my forces to the west attack the island guarded by Mountbatten (  ) While the northern forces attack the island directly in front of them. After securing Mountbatten island, I use the airport to capture Jakarta with the help of Battleships. The U.S.A won't attack you except for Nimitz, so don't worry about them until the end. Don't rush this mission. It may seem slow going, but you should finish in good time. |

I head for a city on Berneo island. I have an airforce general sitting there launching airstrike. If I remember it correctly, the airfield is level 2 in lower difficulty, so if you're at bronze level, you can use paratrooper to attack/capture Phillipines and New Guinea. Then the airforce general can move to either New Guinea or Jakarta to attack Australia. And for a personal reason, I sent a pack of submarines to sink Lord Mountbatten's ship. |

I had ya-ma-shoot-a take out lord's ship while he was happily killing manteuffel. even then poor lord taught the trick to me for this level I feel ya lord, I feel ya  |

UPDATE
Just completed this level, took Philippines first and then Borneo, after then moved for Jakarta (Lord kept killing my paratroopers lol) in the same time also took new Guinea, then took the northern Aussie city then some strategic bombing at Blamey did it, 33 medals, 2 stars.
