I currently have four generals: Badoglio, Ozawa, Auchinleck and Guederian

I want to dismiss Auchinleck to get Konev but I can't see the dismiss button in HQ or anywhere

Halp pls? Is this a bug or do I need to meet some sort of requirement to dismiss a general?
