I was wondering how to get the best generals? I want to save my medals for later when I might have access to the best generals, but if there are generals early on that are good then i would like to get them.
I currently have washington, napoleon, genghis khan, alex, hannibal, and robinhood as my main starting line. I obviously want to make it better.

First of all, which lineup are you leaning towards? Archer Commander(aka ArchCom) is easy to use, but Genghis will be very useless in this case. Cavalry Commander(aka CavCom) could make you blitz through campaigns, but it's hard.

I like fighting from a range, so I would say, archer.

I have enjoyed Washington and Napoleon very much so far. Then Nobunaga will be your top priority now. Nelson is also a good one to have. Now you have these choices: Cavalry: Saladin: a tanky cavalry, free to get, can be replaced by Blucher completely. Blucher: the best cavalry as a team defender, costs 10k. Artillery: Bismarck, Napoleon lite, free to get, appears late. Cleopatra, Bismarck lite, you have it in your hand now, if you give her very top equipment(maybe just switch it when you need anti-fort power) she makes a little higher output than Bismarck, however usually weaker than him. Li Shimin, second highest output artillery, AoE damage, great survival ability, costs 11k. Archer: Li Hongzhang: high anti-cavalry damage, ArchCom, Leadership, appears late, somewhat fragile comparing to Jhansi. Jhansi: ArchCom, super cheap, able to regain health, needs good equipment, grey general.

I have enjoyed Washington and Napoleon very much so far. If you have genghis no need for other cav. If you dont have him get atilla. You not really need infantery so dont spend to much. Alexander is the 1 i use but barbarossa is also good Artillery, you have napolion and only in some campaigns etcu need a second. I have li shimin and he is great but you can also do bismarck since this will cost less medals in the end Archer team: washington, nobunaga, nelson, li hongzang, moctazuma (for cheap healing skills) will be enough. This team will bring victory on all possible campaigns/conquests, city attacks

Awesome. If you don't mind, what would you say is the best cav team?

Oh, best cav? I think those would be Blucher, Genghis (or Attila), Saladin, Manstein recommends Asoka or Edward. The rest is most likely fluff, if I'm not mistaken. Probably Archers. Nobunaga should be a part of EVERY line-up, tho. He's the only gen to compete with Washington, the best general in the game.

"With your experience I can look closer r into this game without spending time on poorly prepaired farming.BTW I've started with lot of mistakes, good, that it's still the beginning.
