Has every player notice something very odd when you play European war 4 napoleon conquest mode as Holy Roman Empire in 1798 Europe mode? As I deployed my generals and princess in order to rapidly conquer the map in 30 days, I noticed something odd on my generals after few turns. The units they were deployed with were losing their health rapidly by the next turn. Though at first I thought this was due to my generals fighting enemy units, upon inspecting it closer to see what damaged them, especially on the artillery unit, I realized they weren't even damaged by enemies but rather by a bug. I noticed it specifically because I deployed princess Isabella on an artillery unit near Budapest and Belgrade front, where I used her geography skills to the maximum to rapidly capture Belgrade. At first, I only received a total damage of 30 from mortar by attacking it and receiving its attack. With her total health being 193 she was down to 163, which is about 83% of her health remaining. For the next few turns I avoided her from getting any closer to the fort or the generals as fighting them would mean significant health decline and intended to get Belgrade. Naturally they recruited infantry at the last moment to prevent me from capturing it. While I placed distance from Belgrade and fired my artillery to reduce its health, by this turn, I did not recieve any damage from the enemy. Yet at the same moment, I noticed that her health was for some reason at 50% remaining, even though she only received her first damage from the mortar that I mentioned earlier and was left with more than 80% of her health remaining. Upon noticing this i checked every single generals of the Holy Roman Empire, including mine, and did several tests, which included playing hre several times for a few turns, and calculations to see their health, and noticed a surprising outcome. Every one of the generals that hre had, including the ones that were deployed by me, lost their health significantly after the first few turns, and I recorded the damage they received, and looked over their percentage, and the health they had remaining did not match up to my calculation. The only thing that I concluded from this was a bug, a very serious bug that takes away the health of the hre generals in each turn without damage from the enemy. While I maybe the only one who experienced this, have any of you experienced this? If so, then the easy tech team left a very serious bug that would significantly hamper our progress in conquering 1798 Europe in hre.

I've had it once, but only that one time. It was on one of the American campaigns. Does it happen every time? If you're not far, you could try restarting.

Reset it several times and played it for few turns result was the same low health bug. If u had played hre multiple time then u would know whether what I am saying is true or not

I have noticed a similar effect, where health seems to be degrading, but only under heavy save/load play. Is that what you were doing?
There was a similar post to yours, not long ago.

I wonder what triggers the bug.

Even a bug doesn't show up every time for everyone due to different versions of EW4. Some people still use outdated versions or some people use different phones which reacts differently even to the same version. Don't be rude and insulting. Where did you download your EW4 app from? Directly from GooglePlay or AppleStore? From a website? What kind of a phone do you use (or emulator)? It may be the reason.

I also had this problem when i did HRE 1798, it happened to all my generals, not just the 3 that joined in. It was so annoying and it made me use so many medickits I finished the conquest in 24 turns though and it was my first attempt ever, so i'm happy with the result. Got victoria but no Lan the princess i want the most, idc about victoria.
