Essentially some crazies decided "Well peoples PCs are garbage. They should use ours."
Basically you have your own computer in a cloud network that you can access on your pc or even your phone, heckin cool.
A moderator on the forum gave me a beta key!
Essentially how it works is you have virtual access to a cloud oc that streams the content as a video to your pc, so if you, like the average German, have a better internet than PC, you can potentially play games on ultra high settings at 60 FPS.
And it's free (but limited access!)
