So i just started ew4 again(today to be exactly) what should i focus to take first a cav gen or an arty gen??
P.S.:I have Dumouriez in the academy.

Take him. with him after will get Sophia she is arty.
Just have to share with u, when I start game I refresh academy like 100 times and give up from best cav general just pick up someone form tier 1 to start campaign and he show up when ending IE and C camp.

Ok then i will take Dumo.And i already have an Prussia,1806 conquest and i'm pretty confident that i can get sophia.After what should i focus on maybe kate and and another arty...i would really like to have moreau that guy is op at arty(4 stars,and all 4 skills for arty and also 4 stars inf but just decorative) |

After buy him I suggest you to farm nobility and some rank.
After buy Arnold ( you can farm rank and nobility too but soon he will be regrouped in Isabella ) with him buy snare drum and warhorse for Dumo.
With that I get Sophia with France 98. Rank up as much as u can and get more stars arty > move
After getting more than 130 camp stars do again France 98 to get Isabella. Regroup Arnold, rank up, arty > move
After get Lan with HRE 98, regroup Dumo, rank up, Cav > move
Get Vic with HRE 98.
this should be a 4 slot path
