This are the easier ones in the game. I will do the trickier ones later.

I only used one eye covered General in campaign 1-4:
* Allies 1:
You can't screw up this one, seriously! use your general on a artillery and encircle the German general in that little city so his moral drop, kill him (this won't take long) and take the place. after this head to Minsk. you will get support from your allies at Minsk.
* Allies 2:
Split your army into two groups, a big one to crush the Japanese air-craft carriers and a small one to ensure the landings on the oil-field. the troop on the oil field will be taken out by the other americans. use all of your troops to kill the air-craft carriers.
try to kill the one in the south in the beginning. you will see that the one north will be attacked by the other americans. after you've kill him, kill the other. it isn't that hard
* Allies 3:
Get your general on the tank. head to the 1-city form Italy. you'll see that the italian general will be comming towards you. That's Great! because in this way you can encircle him and wipe him out in a instant without having a bad time. don't create troops at caïro, but save up your money. after this conquer the 1-city from Italy. you'll see you got a lot of money by saving up so you can create tanks. use this tanks to head to tripoli first. take it so you won't got any troubles from the Italians anymore. create some ranged artilleries at that 1-city after that. use this to bombard that 4-town from the germans. move your tanks you've created from tripoli to that city and encircle it. you will get support from your allies now. so take it and win!
*Allies 4
The name already says it: Capture sicilly. use your eye-coverd general on a artillery to bomb rome. after you've taken sicily. create artillery at tunis. use that artillery to bomb Rome. when Rome is death, you can take it with paratroop at Sicilly. So bassicely: use artillery in this campaign!
From now on I will use another general. you can buy it right now because you've done 8 campaigns (4 allies/4 axis) so you got enough money for a basic general. I'm gonna use Meyer (300 medals) from this time.
* Allies 5:
The most people think that this is one of the trickiest campaigns for allies. But they don't get the hang of it. they will go to minsk as quickly as possible and see that germany is quicker to take Kiev than you to take Minsk. There is even a thread about this one: european-war-4.boards.net/thread/402/help-world-conqueror-3. So if that's not a sollution? what will it be? one word: DEFENSE. i've putted Meyer on the tank at Kiev and my eye-covered general on a artillery. if you got a artillery general feel free to change this the other way round. after turn 1 the german will come. they won't be hard to take out. but after this Manstein will head to you
. try to encircle him. meanwhile you'll see that your allies will head to Minsk. after you've taken out manstein. use heavy tanks you can create on that 1-city and head to Minsk. after this take it
* Allies 6
Try to use your ranged units to destroy the German general nearby Normandic (aircraft carrier, battleship, artillery etc..). capture Normandic with your non-ranged stuff. after this use artillery to destroy the general inside paris. Use your eye-covered general on an artillery for speeding up. after this make a heavy tank at paris and head to brussel, Amsterdam will be wiped out by the english troops but they won't capture it so you can paradrop on amsterdam when the time is ready. meanwhile create another heavy tank at paris. I used Meyer on this point. you got enough money to do this. after that head to the other German cities left.
*Allies 7
Try to encircle the general nearby Bangkok in the beginning, so you can easily destroy him. Take Bangkok after this. Head to The 3-city of Japan and take it quickly. I've created a tank and put meyer in it. after this create Field artillery in that city to bombard Kolkata. land meyer before you start attacking with him because of the penalty on see. after this just keep on bombing Kolkata with your artillery. meyer should be able to wipe out what remains. by this the Japanese air-craft carrier will be destroyed by england so he won't be a problem.
Wasn't quick enough?
If Japan has taken the city use paratroopers to take the city. you will have enough money by this time so that won't be a problem.
From now on I will start using Chung (300 medals):
* Allies 8
I put chung on the field artillery you got in the beginning, i used him to bombard Changchun. after you've taken changhun you'll see that 1 or 2 Japanese generals will head to you, defend right now, create a comando in Changchun and put your eye-covered general in it to assist defending.. when you destroyed both of them you can take Harbin. you got a pretty good economy right now so you have enough money to large an attack on the 1-city. you have to conquer that city because you can make tanks in it. when you've conquered it start make tanks. I put Meyer on one of this. Head to the 3-city right now and win

*Allies 9
Put Chung and your eye-covered general on a artillery and Meyer on the heavy tank. use them to conquer the 3-city. After that you'll see that several German generals will head to you so keep defending on them. Chung/Eye-covered are pretty usefull to just wipe them out. after you've done this you'll see that Rokosovski will head to Berlin. Move also your generals to Berlin right now and bombard them with your artillery. When done with that. take it with paratroopers. (your economy will ensure this)
*Allies 10
Move all your troops to the 3-city. don't pay attention to the troops in the north. Save up money right now. take the city what will be pretty easy. create a Artillery and a tank on that and put generals on those two. use them to wipe out the rest of Japan
