My HQ is level 32 , I only have built 2 wonders , ion canon and Christ the Redeemer , and I find it extremely hard to get industry , I have lots of energy and intelligence because I did the 1950 and 1960 conquest with a 1 star country ( Brazil ) , but I can't get enough industry to build wonders or upgrade tech in the HQ , I am in year 1970 , and I cant build the city of Cuzco too , i would really appreciate any help

Clear campaigns and challenges, there you can get enough industry for Cuzco. Sure, if you don't waste it for tech higher than lv2 (may be 4 but I advise 2) instead of aircraft, which is worth to upgrade to lv5. Missions give some too. Or you can autofarm Spain 1939. Also check, if it is worth to build resource wonder to proceed with accumulate resources challenges, or may be it is better to do it later, after you build medal wonders.

Should I spend some medals to get industry from the traders ?
Also I am stuck with the challenges , wipe out the enemy 4 , accumulate supplies 2 , the rest is level 3

In 99% cases it is not worth to buy resources for medals, as medals are much more needed than resources. But sometimes when you need to get resources for medals wonder, you can just calculate, may be it is worth to buy resources and build medals wonder now and while you collect those resources you will get more medals from that wonder.
Regarding problems with challenges - that depends on what gens do you have. Medals to buy good gens you can get from campaigns.
Btw, unlock pyramids for clearing 1939 for Axis country in 65 turns, they are much cheaper. Provide 2 times less medals, but anyway you need both wonders, so if you cant build Cuzco now, you can build at least Pyramids.

I didn't unlock pyramids yet , my generals are 3 EC untouched generals , Ozawa , itagaki , and currently I have 1450 medals and 30k industry , I spent like 200 medals or something to get 20k industry

Sell Itagaki, buy Govorov (or get some more medals to buy Guderian), clear 1939 for Axis country (Japan is easiest) in 65 turns (it unlocks Pyramids), build Pyramids (you already have resources for that) also with Guderian or Govorov you have to be able to proceed with challenges.

Wow thanks , Idk how selling itagaki to get a better general didn't cross my mind , but should I buy govorov or guderian ? ( assuming I have enuf medals for any one of them )

If you plan to play WW2, than Govorov is more useful, in CWE, when you get super tanks, Guderian is better. Anyway, you need them both, just check, from which campaigns/conquests you can get medals you need to buy both and depending on that choose one of them.

WW1 is not present in WC3. War between Axis and Allies is WW2. NATO and WTO war is CWE (war, which could started during real CWE).

That's right. And from CWE campaigns/conquests you'll be able to get medals for Govorov.
