Did you notice that Russian generals are the strongest on fortress? I'm talking about Kutuzov, AlexanderI and Bagration. I know, it's a stupid question, but is there some correlation with historical reality?

I know, it's a stupid question, but is there some correlation with historical reality? I personally have no idea, but I would assume part of it would be Russian defense in general. Like how the invasion of Russia was stopped twice in recent history (One unsuccessful invasion by France, the other by Germany).

Ok,I think because of the russian defense at the Battle of Borodino, where Bagration died defending the fortress
