I'm really worried on what to do, idk what'll happen and if I uninstall the app to restart and then I'll send an e-mail to easytech which they may not reply... Rip my 20$ then

Sorry, I'm still new to how things work I'm not sure about how tags work but I'll usually switch to Desktop version, press the @ button and there should appear names or titles above the typing features such as "Admin" or "Global Moderator". Click on one of them instead of "All" and you'll tag a person from that category. A person gains exp and "ranks up" by posting more. Those with 4 stars and 5 stars are here for quite some time. Admins and Global Moderators are also seniors. |

I heared someone just wrote to Easytech support in such situation. I think you can start from reply to confirmation email of your payment.

Sorry for the overdramatization, I simply pressed "restore purchase" and received my 20$ Manstein. (Wish I had that money for WC4 though!)
