Would anyone like to trade for Burgundine wine? Venice would! Erich von Ludendorff, I didn't say you couldn't make ships I just said you wouldn't be able to make so many ships because you aren't a marintime power. It's just like Venice can't raise a 100,000 man army. Also you don't "control two continents" you have land on two continents. Big difference. Its like saying that France "controls South America" because it has a bit of Guyana.

I think I ought to drop out of this RP. I don't want to start any salt... You playing in a RP isn't an issue, never was, and is not, (and unlikely to be a problem in the future I bet). Feel free to trade with me for some Bordeaux wines. I hear they're famous. Hugh III of Burgundy I'm kinda sad that ...unfortunately, there is simply too much similarities between Aquitaine and Burgundy to make interesting trades. I will think of SOMETHING at least, but I definitely want to trade with you.

This is a massive intrusion into Europe started by the first Muslim Caliphate, unmatched until the Ottoman THAT NEVER HAPPENED AND NEVER WILL. As for his maritime ability, he has a lot of coast, I'd assume he can do something. BUT if Byzanz struggles to maintain 150 warships, and 25 is considered powerful, I find him making too many concerning.

*rows around in a tiny boai* I IS OP NAVY! Desophaeus , that is a quality post right there. Tis' what we need. I have the feeling Venice would freak out over that. Umm Frederick the Great , are you still KING OF HUNGARY. Because if you are we have a long and dangerous Border, and some alliances and hatreds that I can find on the internet. Plus Venice shouldn't be your only POV. Caesar, The Mongols could invade Hungary and then Byzantium if they came right now. Haha, Me=Lee. I just got it. Darn I'm an fool, and I've already noted that multiple times today. Quintus Fabius, your wisdom is everflowing.

Byz has also had a long time to grow its naval power and is the stronkest of them all at this time. The Almohads are definetly not. I'd agree that the Guyana comparison isn't exactly the same but I couldn't think of a modern day anyalisis that would make sense.

*rows around in a tiny boai* I IS OP NAVY! *throws spear at a dog* I IS OP ARMY! Sounds legit. You are GM. The Mexican Empire is your neutral home? Its gunpowder forces would have a massive advantage if temporary over the powers today. Far from a manpower advantage but that's irrelevant.

Hey this is like 300-400 years before the Europeans "discovered" the Americas. Well, a little bit after the Vikings, no permanent contact. As far as we know the Mexican Empire is inexplicably thriving over there. Edit: though how does it resolve OUR issues? BTW I was kinda wrong about the manpower though I already knew what I know now. Mexico had -60,000 men in the Mexican American war, and its population was several million which makes it among the largest nations in this RP. Of course in the Texan-Mexican war, Mexico had several armies totalling 6,500 men, which would be a large but also small number.
