Hey this is like 300-400 years before the Europeans "discovered" the Americas. Well, a little bit after the Vikings, no permanent contact. As far as we know the Mexican Empire is inexplicably thriving over there. Edit: though how does it resolve OUR issues? BTW I was kinda wrong about the manpower though I already knew what I know now. Mexico had -60,000 men in the Mexican American war, and its population was several million which makes it among the largest nations in this RP. Of course in the Texan-Mexican war, Mexico had several armies totalling 6,500 men, which would be a large but also small number. Sunset Invasion DLC for CKII. ALL HAIL OUR NEW AZTEC OVERLORDS! THE ANGELOI PROTECT. There is actually a Alternate history novel where several people in a politically stable but devastated earth plan to go back in time, as they wish to prevent the European invasions of the Americas. It turns out, to give a slight spoiler, that one of the possible timelines THEY didn't create is a Northern neighbour of the Aztecs, NOT the Aztecs, taking over Europe. So while its a very multiculturalist book, it takes a refreshing look at why the Europeans not defeating the MesoAmericans could backfire. |
