This is just a new clean continuation of the old post from almost a year ago, as it's 38 pages and impossibly confusing to find anything.
I'm going to list Easy, Medium, Hard Countries by Stars for each year here
1939 (Axis advantage): 3 Star Easy: USA, Japan, Germany Medium: Soviets, Italy, UK Hard: France 2 Star Easy: Spain, Romania Medium: ROC, India, Canada, Australia Hard: Poland 1 Star Easy: Bulgaria, Finland Medium: Egypt, Thailand, Mongolia, Hungary Hard: Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Greece, Norway, Yugoslavia

Everytime you throw down a badass general in 1960 its a straight nuke Wait for the Aliens...they are programmed to go after all armored units and possibly generals (but Idk about that). You have to use only arty and infantry to defeat the alien menace.

They go in hoards to... They scare me.... I'm not going to lie. I have finished 4 alien conquests already, and yes, I already do know that aliens are even worse. Especially the stupid alien bases I have to keep at least 3 hexes away from. Especially Japan 1975. That stupid base there zaps everything
