i just restarted the game until i found him lol How do you mean? He uninstalled then reinstalled the game until Golitsyn appeared in the academy. Don't do this if you have made any progress in the game. |

Doesn't that take some time? The download isn't the biggest I know but it would be smarter to just have a save file where you kill multiple generals and units in order to get back that refresh button.

If you are just starting out, you won't have the type of skill or ability to make that type of save.

True, I just think redownloading the whole game is a bit too much but on the other hand you get 2 refreshes when you restart.
