I got two versions of this game, one non-mod and one mod. with my modded one i can't dismiss generals anymore? is there some kind of max dismiss generals or so?

The general you are trying to dimiss is probably doing a mission,you have to wait untill he is done before you can fire him.

Oh no,don't feel that way. We all (yah me too) tried,or are trying,or will try at some point to dismiss a general that's doing a mission.Odds are good for that anyways since most missions take a while to complete.

"Oh he doing a mission for me. He will have a surprise when he gets back."

I often want to find out how much I would get for dismissing a generals + the current amount of medals

Yeah but sometimes I upgrade their ranks and that messes up the whole equation
