I have played the trial version and I do like it. I plan to buy it today from Steam. Reminds me a bit like Minecraft but this game is a lot more about collecting gear and beating bosses. The depth of how much the Devs have poured into this game is pretty impressive and makes this game a delight to play.

The first night went horribly wrong... I spawned in a world that was pretty far from any cache of gold ores. In my trial run, I had convenient access to better weapons and armor because I could get working on gold-materials very early. D'oh! Oh well... at least after the 2nd night, I have now have a fairly secure house with 3 rooms, and almost all of my crafting equipment set up already, and a mine shaft running well into the crust.
