I want to dismiss a general I got because I think it was a bad decision to get a 1k medal general as my first general.

When you go to headquarters click on said General, in his profile there will be a button saying dismiss if it is not there he is on a mission in the headquarters map wait for that to be done and dismiss option will appear

If he is in a conquest no I do not think so he will just disappear from the conquest if dismissed
