Once you feel confident japan has very few naval force left you can invade. I used field artillery from Vancouver and took Sapporo. Then sweep south and seize Tokyo and other Japanese cities. If you hurry you can take japan before they take all of China
If they have taken cities in mainland you need to attack and finish them off (Mongolia and China are weak and usually fall.)
And now we come to Germany Italy Spain and other axis armies. I took cuba to create forces and invaded Spain for a launching ground for Europe. When I arrived Mainland France was taken and germany was looking to Britain. I invaded through Spain and captured french cities(minefields are excellent against paraspam) when you have taken paris use any tank generals and move on Berlin the rest is mop up as you will have enough resources to sweep axis in Africa And Europe the main difficulty of. Canada is that if you do not defeat the axis quickly it will be very difficult to win
