Well, I pick most of them based on what they did after Alexander's death, except for Craterus, Perdiccas, and Nearchus. And I would add Lysimachus as Diplomacy General.

Wait a second... Why is Napoleon commanding Cavalry? Besides of that is Mustafa Kemal pretty good as diplomatic general no gonna question that. He "deleted" Kurdistan and Armenia from Lausanne.
