I am so confused in which why the Chinese generals in the game are so bad? (other than Bai CX). And since Easytech is a Chinese company, I would be pretty sure they would have some bias and make the Chinese generals better than they actually were.

It actually makes sense, the stars and skills of all generals are based on their succes and role during World War II, like Rommel became famous because of his permormance in North-Africa, where he became known as the Desert Fox. Personally, I have barrerly/never heared of a Chinese commander and their success.

Well, play ROC in WW2 conquests and you'll see even the "weak" Chinese gens can beat the "stronger" Japanese gens with enough Chinese gens to swarm each invading gen.

Zhu D is good as well though, for a cheap price only a little bit below the top tier infantry generals

IMO, here's the Easytech formula of deciding how good/bad a general should be: F(S+R+N+C+B) F=Total fame S=Ability IRL (how good he/she was at commanding) R=Number and importance of their roles, participated Battles in the war (e.g. Wingate was a pretty good commander, but died in 1944 and India isn't considered an important front of WWII by Easytech, whereas Manstein was a good commander who lived past 1945 and participated in the Eastern Front) N=A random number from a number generator C=Country of Origin (The larger and more important the power in 1939-45, the better its gens--look at Germany vs France or pretty much everyone vs International) B=Easytech devs' bias /s

Goering is surprisingly good ingame as a land air gen, but who needs Land/Air when you have the Land/Sea/Air Yamamoto? When Easyteh made Model, they took the phrase "Fireman" too literally.

Who is better? Rommel or Patton ? Def Patton. Rommel is too situational (desert). IRL, neither.
