When you go on the missions page, you see yellow building icons that can occasionally be accesed like missions. They usually have something like 'Naval reseach', 'Bombing excercise'. I just wanna know what are they for?

They are just for collecting resources, they are not like the red missions, the higher HQ level you are the higher the reward, and the difficulty of them(they do not unlock more missions, unlike red ones unlocking other red ones and purple/purplegold ones

Yellow buildings good for rescources.
