I have 2003 medals right now, and three generals: Govorov, Vatutin and Ozawa. I'm level 45 and I got to the first alien mission. Now, I want to know should I sell Vatutin (refund 1304 medals) to buy Guderian. Should I sell to get Guderian? Is he that good?

I would just save up medals and get guderian if possible, guderian won't make a big difference in alien missions, tanks get shredded (guderian is still a amazing General.

No, I'm not considering him for the alien missions, i'm asking to see if he's worth it. I have campaigns, challenges and missions that I didn't do. Aliens have nothing to do with this.

Buy Guderian and then Konev or Patton/Vatutin. And yes, do farm some medals up for DEFINITELY Konev (Zhukov also works but you need to pay). The two most crucial parts are Artillery and Tank.
Tip for alien mission: Put one or two tank generals, that's it, in one mission. (Especially Union Mission 8 and 9)

Sell Vatutin, buy Guderian, use him along with your generals to help attain the Great Pyramids and City of Cuzco if not already attained, save up for the following generals: Konev, Patton, Yamamoto, and finally Artillery EC. Do you have any of the three IAPs?
