So I got Golytsin today... (he's the only genetal i have) and im planning to win a conquest quickly... any sttrategy for golytsin on 1798? which country should i do?

While HRE is fast, it is quite boring. And quite difficult with one general as well. I would say France or Great Britain. Just to help you out in case you find 1798 boring:
1775: Great Britain, USA, or Russia
1806: Any country on the red team. Russia is pretty good because it starts with extended territory in Warsaw, making it a short journey to France. Blue team is difficult due to a big bunch of Red team in Saxony at turn 6. Very hard to beat, even as France. Prussia is also pretty good.
1809: Favors the blue team, but doesn't really make much of a difference. Any country will work here.
1812: Russia, Great Britain, and USA again. Although if you want a bit of a challenge/fun Hessen or Spain.
1815: Favors red team. Great Britain is pretty good though

If you only have one general, I suggest playing the nation that has strong generals like France, GB, or Russia. HRE can be boring and difficult but it offers the possibility for a super fast conquest so you should keep it for later when you have 3 strong generals.
