Can anyone advice me on how to beat south America mission 7. I can advance to the base but somehow can not proceed with out the a.i using his emp. No matter how much I spend using resourses to build missile silos etc it makes no difference. I don't want to use up all my cards because missions 8.9.10 I hear are all harder
