Leonid Govorov, maybe you can revise the color coding of generals? Some of the ratings I just don't agree with. I wouldn't put Arnold and Mannerheim as great to have.

He made those ratings as soon as WC4 came out so there are problems. His lack of experience at the time and the fact we didn't have all the accurate information on the game. |
