In fact, taking into account new data (Panzer Leader), Rokossovsky can be a good tank general in WC4. He has LVL 3 Panzer leader + Tide of iron. He has good movement. With Bltzkrieg/Plain fighting he will demonstrate good results on the battlefield, I think...
