Or else there is an alien civil war going on  I am starting to think that an artilery general or even two of them after getting Guderian might be a good choice. |

Yeah, aliens don't deal more damage to aliens. Aliens don't deal more damage to artillery, you mean? Yeah, that is what I mean. That is the reason when we are making our commander in China, we always make an artillery commander(barrage+plain+explosive+supply+ace) first. |

Buying Guvourov or Konev is a lot cheaper than that though But can you find an artillery general with both Manstein's movement and Govorov's output? The biggest problem about artillery general is that there isn't a perfect one(at least the tank dudes have Guderian). |

But with the high level of upgrade at the HQ, most of the units are almost at the highest rank right after they are built. Does that make the skill less feasible? And what will a higher level unit get beside regain health? If regain health is the only benefit then doesn't lower level unit is better than higher level unit since it has more opportunity to regain health? I am always curious about this. |
