As I can see from trailer, Generals face become a bit more realistic.But, a disappointing part is they copied all Generals from WC3.I hope they add more Soviet commanders, Italian commanders,French commanders,German commanders.As I can see from the trailer, Generals looks like same as WC3.I don't see a new commander.

Though ET did balance gen count in CWE by following History (mostly), we can still face a Soviet gen onslaught. Not gonna mention USA gens in CWE cuz USA is like the least agressive NATO 3-star power in many situations (not all because WTO players can tell from USA conquering coastal PRC, Japan, NK & SK). |

Yes, Popular countries commanders are so many.We need un popular nations generals.Such as French Generals,Italian generals which I like.And they need to focus on AI, When I play WTO, WTO lose the war.When I play as NATO,NATO loses the war.This make me so disappointing.AI is upgraded just for enemy.Not our Allies.So I want a good ally AI.When I play France at WC3 1939,Germany take Moscow and all Soviet cities at Germany's west.This makes so boring because we need to capture all Soviet cities.And there is so mountains units cannot move easily.When I play Axis as Germany,England makes paratrooper spam and France puts all his troops to Holland,Belgium.France and England makes me so angry.When I'm Allies, England is not moving even he don't use a paratrooper ! This makes me really angry.Hope ET fixed this problem. |

You are pretty much right if not entirely, particularly on China IMO. However It annoys me that the Americans don't have an Artillery general in WC3, heck they don't have cavalry in EW4. (bad hybrids dont count) The Soviets could also use a 4 star Air General, though I guess you could argue Novikov was enough. Anyway some of the small countries might deserve more generals I guess. Id have to look at each country. Heck what about the countries WITHOUT a general? Mongolia could have had one. |

Mongolia, Cuba, Portugal, Sweden and many countries in certain conquest go without any commanders at all. This makes it easy for any opponent of said countries to easily waltz in and takeover. |

Same as wc3, you need a certain hq level to unlock a general, then you'll need to buy him with medals. (Could be that some generals are buyable by coins like in ew5)

I can give you example for looking history, So take a look at between US and Japan.The best two countries which is best at Naval.They beat themself at Pacific.So two sides have the most and popular navy generals.And look Soviets now, Best artillery generals can be found at Soviets.Like Chuikov, Govorov, Konev.Soviets are best at artillery mostly.Now look at Britain.You can see Mountbatten and Cunningham are the best 2 Admirals of Britain.And look Germany, They have just Donitz who is best at navy.I can explain shortly, USA-Navy, Japan-Navy, USSR-Artillery, UK-Navy, German Reich-Tanks.Also I forgot to say, You can see best tank generals at German Reich.That comes from Tiger power. 😎😊☺ |

If we reach Level 16, Guderian will be buyable. |

I want and hope for more French and Italian commanders, as in wc3 Frenchies were disappointing, and Italian besides badoglio were poor, I hope for more commanders on these two nation's.
