I wondered how you guys got Bismarck. I can't even unlock Hamburg. Do I need to advance to Gunpowder Age to get him? Thanks in advance.

You need to be lv70. That's what I heard, no specific age, well discovery age up

You need 2 weeks for Bismarck.I unlocked with just giving marbles for 2 weeks.
