Just wanna add something:
you had to fill in your e-mail adress when regristing.
this email-adress is shown at your profile.
most of the e-mail adresses are just: firstname.lastname@hotmail.com
and also other e-mail adresses are easy to track down by a criminal
he can link all the information you ever fill in to you and can use it to track some things down about you
so my personal advice is to go to profile and to make your e-mail adress invisible so criminals don't have acces to it.
you can turn this off at your profile.
don't make it easier for criminals than they already have.

Well I changed the mail settings to moderators only, also changed my name from Khurram to Leonid Govorov for a few days  |

Yes you can change that in your setting so it doesn't show except to staff.
Also your internet email really should not be the same as your real private (friends and familly)email.
It's normally advised to not use your real name on emails used for registration on the internet.The huge majority of the registered members in our forum look like they used junk throw away emails,not ones with real names,and that's perfectly fine I wont do anything with the emails anyways,it just is a required step for registration.
It's really easy to just get a random email address from google or even several if you want.
Also you can change your email after registration,just go to your profile or to the dashboard.
