It looks like that you have cheated in both Resources and Medals. I don't think that anyone has gotten all the wonders, medals and technologies to the 1962 Year point

All you have to do is just steal resources from ports in the mission and recruiting places and eventually you can max out everything.
I actually beat WC3 legit already, though I did pay for a Manstein but that‘s it. I dont know what to do now however.
