I heard that it will be $0.99 when it is first released and will become free after a few weeks.

First of all, nobody knows how much it will cost as easytech never told us. any source claiming otherwise is 100% fake.
All easytech games so far costed money on release, however all of their latest games (from ew3 upwards) became free after a while. I expect the same thing will apply for wc4, money upon release and free after a while.
