I read on the wiki that "most world powers" have nuclear weapons in 1960 conquest. Which cities exactly have them? I looked on the wiki and even googled it but I couldn't find anything.

If you mean places that can launch nukes, they are lvl 3 airports amd missile silos. Arm your strategic bombers or missiles with nukes and have fun!
If you mean cities that produce nukes, look for the nuclear reaction plant symbol. They include, Tehran, Moscow, Khabarovsk, Minsk, Riga, Berlin, London, Washington DC, New York, Los Angeles, Changchun, Chongking, Pyongyang, Tokyo, Lyon and nameless Alaskan city.

I would assume that the nameless Alaskan city would be Anchorage in real life.

I would assume that the nameless Alaskan city would be Anchorage in real life. It is, but I forgot it atm and I didn't want to risk losing my entire reply script again. Especially since I basically typed all the WC3 cities in 1960 that can produce nukes, by phone.
