I need help for changing a country color

I want to replace Hessen in America 1775 by Holy Roman Empire

I change the country, but i still don't know what I need to do for changing the country color ( I want the original HRE color)

Does anyone know how to change country color?

Look in hex for 1798 and look at for HRE code.
Change it in the conquest you want.
I dont know how to change the color
