The group name is the prerogative of the members,they decide what they want to call themselves,they can change the name or keep it.Just send one of the mods a note.
About more groups,it's in the works I really want more groups as this looks like it could be fun and bring our community together.It's gonna be a while though there are still a few things I need to work on,like how belonging to multiple groups gonna work ect..

Also...looking at the example of what you need to do (presumably), don't you think it's going to be extremely hard to be granted entry? Aliens is darn near certain to be the last major game update, and everything else essential in WC3 has been covered, not to mention EU4. I'm not saying it's supposed to be easy and have half of the forum be in it, but maybe the requirements are a bit too high. I don't know, your call Saltin.

I meant we being a group where we are named "The Generals" even though I was a Maréchal d'Empire. |

Only one problem:Anyone could change their name to be a general and then be in the group. I say you must have that general name for two months without changing to be in such group (I couldn't be in it initially then but idc.). Sound cool? |

You have a valid point,early contributors had a leg up on this since there was so much more available material to work with. Still there are lots of areas that can be explored,can be done better or can be repackaged.I might post more on this but case in point: Netherfreek is a fairly new member and he made it in, just yesterday he added another study on the exact effect of the Ion canon on cities and units so I really think there is still plenty of work to be done in WC3 and also in EW4. Also keep in mind that we are a fairly small but active community and so groups are suppose to be fairly small bands in relation to that. This group will expand more,it might just take a little time.Also other groups are in the pipeline. |

And I thought of a new group " Napoleon Bonaparte and Cousins" Funny but actually spreading the word to other gamers that our community exist,and linking our site to social media,youtube and so forth can helps a lot. Would be great to also have members from the other communities to register with us,like the Russian or Chinese Easytech fans,if they can why not register in both or all of them. So yes,If you can bring active contributing members in to register and participate/post I'll think of some kind of reward/group for that. |
