For suicidal general good, but I don't see purpose of suicidal charges 1lvl +6%dmg 2lvl +12%dmg 3lvl +18%dmg 4lvl +24%dmg 5lvl +30%dmg

Inf/air/art/panzer/navy Leader It looks nice - max atk, but it gives ~10dmg and you need to trigger it 1lvl 8% to trigger 2lvl 16% to trigger 3lvl 24% to trigger 4lvl 32% to trigger D rating It does deal critical damage now, but we don't know how critical it is yet.

Ace I didn't see big amount of health regained after lvl up, experience is much harder to gain in comparison to wc3 (I've seen unit with gen lvl up once in campaign) 1lvl +20%exp 2lvl +40%exp 3lvl +60%exp 4lvl +80%exp E rating The big thing is attack and damage boost. After max level it's a 4* attack bonus. Defense is lower but still good to have. Health is rather insignificant.

Rumor Trigger it, then surround enemy and... enemy is in confusion, if you can't do that enemy will deal less dmg 1lvl 15% to trigger 2lvl 30% to trigger 3lvl 45% to trigger 4lvl 60% to trigger A rating used properly, if not C rating Two rumor guys, flank, boom boom. There you go a stunned Erich von Manstein free to eliminate.

Definition of OP tank general:
Rumor Max (60% - double trigger, flank, enemy KO) Blitzkreig Max + Medal (90% no counter-attack - Basically better than max upgraded artilleries) Max Crossfire + Medal (45% counterattack - You're always get outnumbered in campaigns/challenges so this will settle your problem) Max Street Fighting + Medal (28 extra damage to both cities AND enemies inside it - No need for explosive skill) Max Armored Assault + Medal (50% SUSTAINED EXTRA DAMAGE - No need for plain fighting!)
If I were to buy Guderian I would probably choose Rumor and Crossfire/Street Fighting to fill up his two slots... Just my opinion
