you start out with only one front, this will make the game a lot easier. move your troops towards bulgaria and take it out, the ottomans will help you with this so this shouldn't be hard.
don't worry about the austria-hungarians. you'll be suprised of how long Serbia can defend them.
once you've captured bulgaria, you'll see that serbia has failed with defending from austria-hungaria. by this time you got a pretty stable economy, create horses in the city in the north-east of bulgaria (you have to upgrade the city onces), move that horses to the citties that aren't guarded by the austrians (there will be many unguarded, once you've done that. it won't be hard to destroy the ottomans
