Hi,
In this game you seem to have some influence on the skills the generals have.
For bronze generals, you can't add any skill.
For silver generals, you can add 1 skill.
For gold generals, you can add 2 skills.
This should change the way we look at generals. Instead of recommending generals with good skills we now have to look for generals with bad skills.
Since we can always add the best skill(s) if the general doesn't have it originally, but we can't do anything about generals with one or two bad skills.
This means that a general with the 2 best skills and 1 bad skill can potentially be worse than a general with 3 subtop skills.

Also I currently am counting leader skill as useless, but if somebody thinks it is good and can give me reasons why I will review it.

You say we should focus on a generals bad skills since the best skills can always be added but I can't find a lot of information on adding skills right now. I am unsure if we should look at a generals that way. What if skills that can be added to generals are limited? Like what if you can only add plain fighting to only one of your generals?
