So I've been using Kutaisov as my main artillery general right now. I've given him items to help his damage and his mobility. His nobility is 3( which I believe gos all the way to 10?). His rank is at 74. The bar at the bottom showing progress is filled but won't rise any more. Is this his top rank or do I just need to keep at it?
