Winhex, 010, hexinator....there are lots of them, just googleΒ so how to edit borders with those numbers...i mean like i want ottoman borders under vienna and have crimea and egypt and algeria ...i though the map would appear infront of me and i edit the borders using the mouse only (bec. i don't know a single info about hex no. and how to change it) Just like in wc3, it is covered in my hex guide and other guides here |

Idk if you will understand it. |
