Btw mines even when activated stay active afterwards so no getting rid of them by walking on them with some low lvl infantry.

That is not entirely true, mines now have hp, I believe it starts with 70 and can probably be increased with technology, when a unit with 30hp stand on the mine, the hp of the mines will decrease to 40, meaning that you need a troop with 70+hp in order to get rid of one mine.
