Welp you need to know his id in stringtable, convert it to hex, reverse(switch first pair with second pair) and add him in the generals line, +1 to counter and add his order number to unit of your prefer.

Question: How do I find the order number? Communist means generals number, order number is which general from those that are in file you use(starting by 00=1,01=2...) you can add up to 256generals in one conquest/mission
